Know your keywording price before you start
Select files and a template. M+ shows the maximum order price before confirmation. It will not increase after you start, even if the service incurs higher processing costs.
OpenAI generates titles, descriptions and keywords. Review their meaning and agency requirements before submission: valid formatting does not guarantee accuracy or acceptance.
The maximum is reserved from your account balance. Only successful files are charged; the reservation for failed or skipped files is returned. A Trends subscription is separate and does not reduce fixed AI META prices.
Price per successfully processed file
Base prices for templates requesting up to 50 keywords. Video rows include the frame-count pricing setting. The exact maximum for your selected files and settings is shown before starting.

Above 50 keywords, multiply by the requested count / 50. For a different video frame setting, multiply by (frames + 2) / (base frames + 2). Each file is rounded up to €0.001. The confirmed price already includes these settings.
A quote is valid for 15 minutes and is bound to files and template. Changing the selection or settings requires a new quote. There is no extra charge above the confirmed amount.

From confirmation to saved metadata
Wait for the result
OpenAI analyzes the content. If metadata violates the rules, one additional text-only request may repair it. A failed paid stage is not automatically sent again. Processing time depends on the file and provider availability.
Check the saved result
History shows individual file outcomes and charges. Successful files are retained even if others fail. If order submission is unconfirmed, check its status before creating another order.
Free Freestock AI Vision is no longer used by AI META. Historical free results remain in history; they do not mean this provider is available for a new order.
iStock — separate refinement of existing keywords
For a connected iStock/ESP account, M+ selects meanings from available candidates without OpenAI. Ambiguous keywords may use a stable random selection: review the results. Keywords with no candidates remain unresolved. Refinement costs €0.005 per successfully refined file, separately from AI keywording.
API results across 24 hourly UTC buckets
Counts results returned by the Trends API, including iStock. This is not a count of unique paid files or proof of saving in M+ or StockSubmitter. Check order history for your file outcomes.
